Welcome to Hustlers Legacy. Our goal is to create a fair and transparent experience for both customers and creators. By purchasing products, services, or subscriptions through our platform, you agree to the refund terms below.

 

1. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are generally final and non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Digital downloads

Courses

E-books

Templates

Exclusive content

Membership access

Software or digital tools

Refunds may only be granted if:

The product is defective or inaccessible

The wrong product was delivered

A technical issue prevents access and cannot be resolved

 

2. Physical Products

Physical products sold by creators on Hustlers Legacy may be eligible for refunds or returns within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify:

The item must be unused and in original condition

Proof of purchase may be required

Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is defective

Creators are responsible for handling physical product fulfillment and return requests.

 

3. Subscriptions & Memberships

Subscription-based products or creator memberships can be canceled at any time unless otherwise stated by the creator.

 

Please note:

Subscription payments already processed are generally non-refundable

Canceling a subscription prevents future charges but does not retroactively refund previous payments

Access remains active until the current billing period ends

 

4. Creator Responsibility

Independent creators and vendors on Hustlers Legacy are responsible for:

Product quality

Delivery

Customer support

Order fulfillment

Return handling where applicable

Hustlers Legacy acts as a platform connecting creators and customers and is not directly responsible for individual vendor operations.

 

5. Fraud, Abuse & Chargebacks

We reserve the right to:

Deny refund requests in cases of abuse, fraud, or suspicious activity

Suspend accounts involved in fraudulent chargebacks

Remove products or creators violating platform policies

 

6. Disputes

If you experience an issue with a purchase, we encourage customers to first contact the creator directly.

If a resolution cannot be reached, you may contact the Hustlers Legacy support team for further review.

 

7. Policy Updates

Hustlers Legacy may update this Refund Policy at any time to reflect platform changes, legal requirements, or improvements to our services.

Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
